I had a bolt seized in a craftsman mower transaxle. The left bolt that holds the brake caliper (may not actually be a caliper, but holds the outer pad and linkage). I tried heating the bolt and it didn't work. I twisted the head off. Ended up trying to drill it out but was concerned because idk how thick that rearend metal is and don't want to cause any unnecessary holes and leak tranny fluid. This may be a good kit to use because I didn't want to use a bigger bolt because the outer piece that has a bolt hole is also kind of thin walled. I hate how these transmissions on these mowers arw made out of soft metals

The side wall repair is temporary at best. A common rule in patching most leaks with water, and similar with air.. If you want to keep water in something like a bucket, a tub, a pool. Put the patch on the inside.. if you're trying to keep water out like a roof or Windows then the seal should be on the outside.. That's my opinion

Hi have 1996 Cherokee 231 tcase 4 speed installed novak cable. have it adjusted as short as as it can be. still to long as it engages 4 high before the 4 high stop index point. when pulled back to 4 high it is in neutral. Pulling my hair out any advice suggestions knowledge?Id really appreciate it. Thanks

You need to look into a ballast box for the back of your tractor. A counterweight on the rear will make things much safer.

I am with the new guy, pull the front fenders from the jag and cut the front frame off it. Then make mounts for the fenders to the dodge frame. I think it will be simpler that way.
